Dee began working at eBridge in 2021 and has since utilized her extensive mortgage and Encompass experience to develop content for our training materials and holds remote training sessions for clients. Her resume boasts over 25 years of experience with 15 years in origination for Banking, Lender, and Broker; 2 years in processing; and 8 years in training, developing materials, testing, problem solving with loan originators, processors, underwriters, closers and secondary.

Dee enjoys sharing her experience with clients and approaches with curiosity to learn from others’ experience. One of the many highlights in her career was receiving an award from her colleagues for her extra effort and attention in her training and support role.

In her free time, Dee loves to hike and travel. Her passport is filled with over 15 countries visited, though Brazil and Africa have a special place in her heart.
