DanYell commenced her career in a software firm specializing in BPO and appraisal fulfillment, later acquired by First American. Transitioning with a mortgage originator’s license, she assumed a pivotal role in a mortgage lender renowned for its proprietary pricing pre-qual and loan origination software. These experiences galvanized her passion for the mortgage industry and fintech, driving her career to new heights. With each role, she deepened her expertise in tools enhancing lender revenue and reducing consumer costs.

Based in Salt Lake City, DanYell celebrates 19 years of marriage and parenthood to four children, complemented by her cherished furry companions: two Dobermans (Odin and Osiris) and a cat named Lucy.
