Are you using custom security instruments? The switch to the new security instruments in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will be automatic unless you are using customizations. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Uniform have introduced new legal instruments and will be retiring the prior version in December 2022 (i.e. Notes, Security Instruments, etc). Be sure to make any system updates to enable the new documents on time!
